I have tried for days to print qsl labels.? I think I have read everything several times. Problem is when I print, the characters are on top of each other and I can not figure out how to adjust the space available for each piece of information.

+ Which variety of labels are you using? What font sizes have you specified?

It is Avery 94202 1”x4”.? Also tried blank and also the default # (can not recall it right now).? The results seem identical no matter what settings I use… the colums are too small and the info overlaps into the next cell.? You may have it ….. the font may be too big… I have not seen a setting for that.

Tnx john

+ There are four Font panels in the lower have of the "QSL Labels" tab of DXKeeper's "QSL Configuration" window. Set them all to 7,
check and print preview, and then increase the font size for the elements as desired.

I can not figure out how to:

  1. Have more than one qso per label
  2. Start printing at any other position than 1. Before I print it asks “ok to skip 0 labels?? - but can not tell it no – start here..

John,

1. In the QSL config dialog, on the General tab, is the Confirm multiple QSOs per QSL box checked?

2. When your QSL queue is set to one of the label options, in the far lower left is a text box where you can enter the number of labels to skip, default is 0 for a new sheet.

Great … thanks … label # works now …. I have the confirm multi checked … still only one per … looks like there is room for

at least 3 qso’s.? It knows there are 2 qso’s because it prints ?2 labels and each says “cfms a 2x qso” on top.

Does one of the QSOs have something in the Via field that is different from the other QSO that you would expect on the same label?

Are the QSOs from the same QTH as defined in your my QTHs tab?

It should put them on the same label if?

  • the?station callsign items?of each such QSO are identical

  • the?Via?item of each such QSO are identical

  • if?multiple QTH's?are in use, the QTH components, e.g. street, city, state, country, and postal code, of each such QSO are identical

  • there is space on the cards or labels
