Thanks. I think I see what I need to do. Second wsjtx needs to be set to flex6xxx vice dxcommander.

I have commander, and wsjtx working with flex but changing freq on one wsjtx ends up changing both instances. I unchecked SPLIT before starting wsjtx but trying to change freq activates split in commander which is probably why both slices change to the same band.
