Thanks for the pics- very similar to the CH-8 I have, except that my case snaps together.? I got it apart with difficulty, I think that the circuit is the same, but the pcb is a different shape, smaller, with the battery contacts wired on. I've attached what I think is the cct for both.

I haven't opened it again but both of my chargers use screws instead of snapping together.

Of course I've had mine for at least 5 years, maybe longer.
