I hope you were you able to return it for a refund. I take it that this needs to be 2-way, i.e., microphone and head/earphones? It might be easier to get a BlueTooth headset. There are many too choose

Thank you for taking the time to write in detail. I suffer from severe hearing loss I had headset designed for users with hearing loss. But it's worn out. I have seen headsets where the lead is?

I use Bose QC-35 (I know they are old), and get decent response but not 20 Hz to 20 kHz.? My daughter got me a pair of premium Apple over the ear headphones that seem really good.? Don't know what
