1. I just opened iPhone Mirroring on my Mac, selected and opened Health, and saw no such request for authentication.

2. Since for whatever reason your screenshot shows an Apple Watch, perhaps it is requesting the passcode for the watch, not the one for the iPhone or the Mac.
