My wife & I both have iPhone 13 Pros; both are running iOS 17.5.1.

We both take a picture of the leaf of a plant.

She taps on the i in a circle at the bottom of the photo and the plant is correctly identified.

I click the i in a circle at the bottom of the photo and get what you get when you tap on any photo: ?date, IMG #, lens info, etc., but no identification of the plant.

Anyone have any ideas as to why or what might fix this? ?Multiple restarts were no help. ?I have searched high and low and can¡¯t find why my iPhone does not offer Visual Look Up and here does.
