Re: wireless Car Play adapter?

My CR-V (2018) supports Apple's CarPlay when using an iPhone plugged into a particular USB port. All the LuckyMore wireless CarPlay adapter is doing is wirelessly connecting my iPhone to the CR-V's display without me needing to plug in my iPhone to that USB port each time. The adapter gets plugged into that USB port. In my case it (the LuckyMore unit) just resides in the center console so I don't even see it.?

Hope this helps.

I'm happy with it. I believe it was about $60.

Mike, I am having trouble getting my brain around this.

I looked at the device on Amazon and watched the video.? First thing the gal said was to check to see if your vehicle supports wireless car play.

I checked for my 2015 Subaru Outback and got this: ?Based on the information provided in the search results, your 2015 Subaru Outback does?not support wireless CarPlay.

So then I checked for your?2018 Honda CR-V, and got: ?Based on the information from the search results, your Honda 2016 CR-V does not support?wireless CarPlay.?

Nonetheless, it works in your car. ?

My question is if I got one of these and plugged it in, would the big screen which normally displays the GPS mapping, Sirius radio, etc., now be filled with a display that looks like the attached?

Hoping for good news.
