iPhone. The other photos do not appear at all on the Mac.

I have thousands of photos loaded onto my iPhone by a Mac. Now I
wish to transfer these from my iPhone to another Mac Computer that I
have. Is there an ap which I can download to the Mac or the iPhone
which will help me to accomplish this task?
