It did change. Now hold down the space bar until the keyboard letters disappear and slide your finger left or right while still pressing the space bar. The cursor will move where you need it. Can move up or fine to by moving finger up or d down. ?I guess one can see the movement easier without ones finger in the way. I am undecided which is easier.?

When I was in email (Apple App) I use to be able to touch and hold in an area and a little magnifying glass would pop up and I could move the cursor to the exact spot I wanted insert text or delete text, etc. I can no longer do that under 13.X. I cannot find a setting for it either. I¡¯ve had that feature for years and now it appears to be gone. I don¡¯t recall ever setting it up in any configuration. I thought it was a default feature. It¡¯s very hard to select where I want the cursor now.
