Turned on new iPhone and followed Apple instructions. Got past the info regarding my current phone provider.
Now my old iPhone is saying “keep phone near new phone will information is transferred” and the new iPhone is saying “it may take a few minutes to activate your iPhone”.
Been like this for about 20 minutes now. What I don’t know is, if my information is being transferred or it’s about activation. Transferring could take an hour, from past experience. Activation should be pretty quick….and that would be followed by transferring.
Anyone who has been thru this recently who can tell me what to expect? Is it just ‘activating’ or is it really transferring? Should I just wait an hour or is something hung up. No feedback from the phones.
