X axis DRO, my next project
Hi all. For my next lathe project I'm thinking about adding an X axis DRO.? It's really the one axis there's no built in measurement for and I think I'd really like it for boring to a specific depth

Re: LMS 5200 Lathe motor
Ralph, How do you like the motor performance? Do you have continuous (0%-100%) analog speed control? What did you do for your mounts and belt drive interfaces? . I was looking at this pretty closely

Re: Different Prices - such a range!
That 7x14? price is now $700 at Walmart.ca . About the best buy?? I think the Vevor are the 'bottom of the heap' in quality, so hard to tell. I have a 7x14 lathe and I would not be happy with a 7x12
