I'm looking to start a home wine makers club on the Hill. The Capitol Hill Wine Makers Club will be a group of folks who love to discuss, make and drink fine wines.
The idea is for members of the club to meet once a month, where we share wine and food, have a business meeting, and discuss wine related issues such as: wine making tips, wine tasting, and wine with food.
Wine making activities will range from "kit" wines, to "made-from-scratch" grape wines, to "country" wines (made from fruit or even vegetables), to Mead (made from honey).
If popular, the club will also run a homemade wine competition.
