Sounds great.? We are all for it, thanks for arranging.
?
While I am pro-beer my only fear is that there might not be enough people to polish off a keg.? Should I be so worried?
?
Are all the usual suspects on this email list?? I am not sure how to check who is a member and who is not.? But if people could be sure to pass the word around to those folks who are usually out there w kids, that'd be great.

Hey Antonia and crew -
If we don't go for a keg, I've got a huge cooler (Alaska style) we could use .? We've also got two long folding tables, and some chairs right inside the garage up for use.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in the Alley!

Subject: [11thSEblock] ALLEY PARTY - SUNDAY, MAY 1
?
Don't forget our first alley party is scheduled for this Sunday, May 1, NE end of the 11/10th st alley, starts at 4pm till whenever. Sorry I haven't sent out a reminder sooner but we've been away over spring break.
So, we need to do some nominal planning. The idea is to set out tables with food and drink against the back of our garages/yards.
My thought was everyone could bring a dish of your choice, entree, desert, salad, h'orderves, chips, etc.... I figure we will get a decent mix by default.
The question is what we want to do for drinks. Someone mentioned a keg? We could also set out coolers and everyone could bring nonalcoholic drinks (water, soda, juice for the kids) and beer and/or wine.
I will put myself in charge of getting ice and some balloons to make it a bit festive.
Thoughts?
Now let's hope the weather holds for us.
Thanks, Antonia
