For those new to the neighborhood, 311 is essentially the customer service center for the City, and acts as a clearing house for service requests for most city agencies.??is a great on-line resource. ?You can not only submit and track a digital 311 request, you can use the "311 service requests map" to view all open 311 requests in the neighborhood. ?We've asked the 311 Operations Director, Erick?Hines, to provide trending data for each Advisory Neighborhood Commission. ?Hopefully that will happen soon.
