A black Subaru with an expired license tag has been parked in the same spot at 224 11th ST SE for approximately a month.? Does anyone know the owner?? I do not want to ask the police for information, as they may just issue a ticket.? The car has a zone 6 permit, so it may belong to one of our neighbors.? ?I just want to make sure he/she is alright.? (Pictures are attached.)
