With apologies for those receiving?this twice, I am passing along a message from Sapna at 229. Sapna added that she heard that the prosecutor declined to charge in this situation and the minor was released. -- Neighbors,?
We at 229 called the cops tonight. We heard a commotion in our backyard around 9:43PM. I opened the curtain to see someone jumping from our backyard into our neighbor's backyard at 231. That is why you may have seen the?police in the alley and on 10th. They came quickly after being called; they were already in the area after seeing a suspicious car with a broken window crash into another car on 10th. They have caught someone in a neighboring yard. I am not sure they caught everyone. I don¡¯t have more details but it is very concerning that people are jumping into our backyards now, not simply running through the alley.?
