Hi all - I just saw a medium sized black and white dog with a red harness looking lost and scared, running along C and up 11th st SE toward Lincoln Park. It darted into traffic around C and 10th st SE.
We tried to follow it as it ran but couldn¡¯t find it again and didn¡¯t have a chance to get a photo but hoping this helps if someone¡¯s looking for their dog.
