small house projects - any recommendations?

Hi All, We have a couple projects that we need completed on the outside of our house.? 1. Fixing rotting trim on about 4 windows (not the window just the trim that needs to be removed, replaced, sealed and painted).? ?2. repairing our back gate including the post.
Please send any recommendations for someone to help with both or either of these!
