Howdy friends and neighbors -?

Does anyone know anything about this accident? ?The tenant in the house said someone told them about it yesterday morning and it was a service truck.

Just curious ?- this really upsets me, how little regard some of the trucks/vans coming in and out of our alley have for our neighborhood. ?And those rocks are heavy as all get out - I tried to move them out of the way but wasn’t able.

Not sure if the party responsible can be located, but I’d sure like to try.?
