Qualifications

?

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering or related fields
• Min.?3 years java experience
• Hands-on J2EE experiences
• Experience in web based application & user interface design and development
• Multi-threaded programming experience
• TCP / IP programming experience
• Struts experience
• Hibernate experience
• Broad knowledge of SOA
• Preferred Candidates should have Sun Java Certification like SCJP, SCJD, SCJWD
• Good knowledge of XML, Web Services
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Advance problem solving skills
• Excellent customer relationship?

Job Descriptions

• Design, code, test, debug, document and implement software applications
• Monitor application performance, recommend and implement improvements
• Collaborate with internal staff, clients and IT management on all aspects of an application's life cycle
• Produce quality application documentation including requirements, design, test procedures etc.
• Confer with software project managers to design software system and to obtain information on project limitations an capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
• Analyze client needs and make suggestions about suitable solution architecture in accordance with client needs
• Act as a project manager in some modules or sub-projects and lead own sub team
• Provide guidance and direction to junior analyst developers
• Working and analyzing of the deployment and change tracking systems for a global wide running application?
