Qualifications

• At least 1 year Siebel Experience
  ?
• Hands-on experiences with Siebel tools
  ?
• Siebel eScript knowledge
  ?
• Broad knowledge of Siebel Data Model
  ?
• Knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflow best practices
  ?
• Assignment Manager skills
  ?
• EIM and/or EAI skills preferred
  ?
• ?Experience with Siebel localization
  ?
• Preferred Candidates should have Siebel Certification
  ?
• Good knowledge of XML, SOA and Web Services
  ?
• Task Based UI Process Development
  ?
• Understanding of Java Technology, Java experience preferred
  ?
• Good command of English
  ?
• Excellent customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills
  ?
• No obstacle to travel in Turkey and abroad?

• Provides support and configuration of Siebel CRM
  ?
• Administers, maintains and serves as the technical expert for the Siebel System
  ?
• Plan, manage and implement Siebel upgrades and system modifications
  ?
• Understanding changing business needs and recommends strategies for the future
  ?
• Revises program for corrections, enhancements or system environment changes
  ?
• Coordinates with other programmers?about program revisions
  ?
• Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with programs
  ?
• Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications
  ?
• Trains end users or technical support?staff to use ans?support program
  ?
• Reviews and corrects programs?
