No surprise at all. This person¡¯s been skating on thin ice since April. I¡¯ve offered advice (mostly: learn the damned job! You need to be able to jump in and do any job here.) that¡¯s been ignored. I¡¯m shocked that she lasted as long as she did, particularly since her chief advocate was fired a few months ago.
Are you surprised? When I retire they are going to have a really hard time finding someone who can push through as much work as I do day in and day out. Fortunately I love what I¡¯m doing but - as I¡¯m working from home today - I also keep throwing baleful glances at my loom - which I¡¯d rather be working at.?
