¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI wanted to share with you all that Hydrorow actually has a gorgeously filmed coached row from our boathouse south to the big foot. It was shot on a quiet summer morning and gives you as close a feel for our rows as you can get. These coached rows are really fun to erg to and you can use the app for free for a month. I just toss it to the big screen but you can attach the phone above your monitor and it¡¯s still a pleasure. Blast the audio and genuinely enjoy erging for a change. The coach-rower is in a Hudson 1x and has great form so I think it is actually an improvement over my usual winter erging from a technical stand point. I highly recommend this C2 rower¡¯s hack if you have not tried it.?Also, there are other great rows to chase, several coached by our own James Dietz. Though the Hadley row I¡¯ve done was not James.?
