Russ - Thanks for the added clarification on CWOP.? I was certain it was for hams initially, and I understand the addition of non-ham submitters to CWOP would cause problems if their weather data was propagated by ham digipeaters.
Yours and Andrew's replies to my query makes the subject crystal clear.

All the CWOP weather data flows directly from the CWOP and APRS core servers to NCEP (National Center for Environmental Prediction).

Bear in mind that the CWOP network is for weather stations _without_ amateur radio licenses, so they will not be forwarded to the regular APRS-IS network (which could be re-transmitted to RF by transmit-capable I-gates). Note that (which is _not_ the APRS-IS backbone, but merely a client of the backbone) is also a client of the CWOP network and several other non-amateur-radio networks (such as the marine AIS network), which is why can display CWOP stations.
So this is fully expected behavior if your YAAC instance is connected to the amateur-radio APRS-IS backbone but your weather station isn't.

Having received no reply to my earlier message, I now am
editting and reposting it:
I use a weather packet server path of <> to send
out weather information packets from my QTH.
My K4OAM-13 station shows up fine, with all weather data, on <>
However, my K4OAM-13 weather station is not shown on my YAAC map,
unless I change my weather server path to any tier2 aprs server -
such as <>. Then, K4OAM-13 becomes visible on YAAC
Returning to the CWOP server (<>), my K4OAM-13 weather
station disappears from the YAAC map.
(All YACC filters are cleared)
Is this normal for the YAAC map displlay?
