I cannot say exactly but a Google indicates that the 8.83MHz IF before the roofing filter is available at the rear. Is that the
first IF?
So a Softrock, maybe with an amplifier, will do the job.

I do not know what Linux software is able to work with CAT and a panadaptor. I guess any will work without displaying the actual
frequency.
