This group promotes the bi-monthly exchange of Black & White and?Color prints made with inkjet printers. Prints for these exchanges are typically printed on 8.5" x 11" or A4 size inkjet photo paper.? The original images may have been captured with either digital or analogue cameras.

There are separate signup lists for the Black & White and Color print exchanges.? Each list will be limited to 15 participants. If you have an appreciation for Black & White and/or Color prints, if you enjoy advancing your printing skills, if you are willing to print and exchange up to 15 prints a month, then we encourage you to join this group, browse the messages and the photo galleries, and to join one of the print exchanges.? It is not often that most of us have an opportunity to see, hold and keep for our enjoyment well made inkjet prints on a variety of papers with images taken by talented photographers from around the world.

The Black & White group with monthly print exchanges was founded by Tom O'Connell in April 2002 and the Color group with bi-monthly exchanges by Gary Benson in December 2008.? In January 2018 the Color exchange moved to a monthly schedule also.? The group moderating team consists of Tom O'Connell, Gary Benson, and Jayanand Govindaraj.
For many years Jim Coffee had been the lead moderator and coordinator of both print exchanges. Jim retired from this important role at the end of 2020. Beginning in January 2021 the exchanges switched to a quarterly and now bi-monthly schedule with Gary Benson taking on the role of print exchange coordinator.
