I also had that problem. It seems that there is no file called optimize_me.txt in that folder.
I tried to things both worked for me.
1. I copied the optimize_me.txt from the 3.3.4 package (then, just in case there is something special for the 3.3.6 version, I deleted it again and....)
2. gave the <...>/data/ directory read/write permissions for users. (Reran the program and it created a new optimize_me.txt)
