I will download the FTdx101 CAT reference manual and take a look.?

I will also download the FT991 manual for the CAT reference for that radio as well.?

3:30 a.m. here and will be home tonight so will not get to it until tomorrow morning Eastern U.S.

Did ?too much walking yesterday at the convention I am attending and another 1/2 day to go. Will have my friend drive back. With my leg and back issue I will pay the price the next several days.?

I have taken basic frequency info from within Node Red and created a Kenwood or Yaesu formatted CAT out.?

If there is a way you can send the frequency of VFO A in non-split or VFO B in split then building the CAT out is pretty easy. ?Feed msg.vfoa and msg.vfob and msg.splitstatus into a function node and you could have it produce a msg.freq out.?
?
Would something like that work? You would just need to tap the two VFO frequencies and status of split (on or off).?
?
I¡¯ll be back home tomorrow night.?

Dave, Yes I am interested in that. If the SPE is set for FT-991 CAT (FTDX101 compatible), then a CAT INSTRUCTION?
meeting the FTDX101 CAT manual should work. Is a serial tcp connector fed from the Cat instruction string all that is required?
I would like to try it.
I could experiment with a dropdown first , then work out a function script. for read > send.

Thankyou

Adrian
