Easy to do from within Raspberry Pi desktop.
Best I talk you through the setup.? Can do a phone call.

I want to do the backup remotely and on a schedule.? If I had to rebuild it, I would have to swap out the uSD card physically, but that part is ok.
(yes, I could pull the card and make an image but it would be too infrequent).
Or, does it make sense to do what we do on the Windows world? - backup all the data files
- On failure, rebuild the RPI from the latest build
- Reinstall the tools I need, like NR
- copy back the user files
thoughts?
