Description:
This version zeros the meters on shutdown, and fixes the problem with TX meters retaining last setting on RX. Also some improvements on the dashboard, and bug fixes where Errors were being reported by NodeRed.
Most of this should work on the Flex5000. On the Flex 1500, you will not be able to use the swr metering, as the radio does not have the hardware
