After waiting for 6 weeks I received my NanoNVA-H4 today. Very nice device, even nicer packaging.
When I started the Nano the right-hand menu showed up and was stuck at the RECALL option. I was not able to select any other option. Whenever I tap the screen I get back to the RECALL option. Sometimes is cycles between RECALL 4 and the RECALL sub menu. I think something is stuck in the touch screen, however, I cannot see any physical damage.I upgraded to the latest version on which was supposed to fix the stuck screen, but this doesn¡¯t help. Do you think my screen is broken? Thanks, Ton. |

That was a very simple solution. I loosened the screws up and the device started working. Then I tightened them just enough for the case to close and all is working fine now. Thanks a lot!! I had the same problem.? The H4 would not start but 1 time in 10.? and froze under computer control.

I put small nylon washers on the mounting screws as spacers to keep the case from touching the screen. Also had to file out the hole for the USB-C cable. Works great now. Terry W0ASP On 4/27/20 8:46 AM, hugen@... wrote:
