After waiting for 6 weeks I received my NanoNVA-H4 today. Very nice device, even nicer packaging.
When I started the Nano the right-hand menu showed up and was stuck at the RECALL option. I was not able to select any other option. Whenever I tap the screen I get back to the RECALL option. Sometimes is cycles between RECALL 4 and the RECALL sub menu.
I think something is stuck in the touch screen, however, I cannot see any physical damage.I upgraded to the latest version on which was supposed to fix the stuck screen, but this doesn¡¯t help.
Do you think my screen is broken?
