nano error message from software

the software gives me the error message...
I have tried everything under the sun to correct the situation.
I am totally stumped.

Frank,
Although many would love to be able to read other's minds, we can't.
So - please tell us what application you're using that generates this error and state how you're using it and what you did to generate the error.
Also - what model of VNA do you have?

Thanks,
Larry

Larry....my nano is an h...the nano functions by itself normally display,
calculation.
etc. The software that I am trying to install on the computer is
nanovna-saver, v 3.8.
The saver software recognized the nano, com port, but when I input data
points on
the computer it sends me a message.

But, in his first post, Frank did include a screen shot of the actual error message. In further posts he states it is from nanovna-saver, v 3.8 and using the "H" version of the NanoVNA.

I've not experienced the error so I can't offer any help.

My email client stopped showing me images, so I found them on the webpage.
Nanosaver is not really being maintained at this point in time but since it's open-source and on GitHub, you can play with the code yourself, assuming you can.

Failing that, install OneOfEleven's Nanovna-app. Gyula Molnar posted a link to in a few posts back.
The graph area is configured using the right mouse button.
