Re: NanoVNA-H v3.4 High S21 noise above threshold frequency after updating to 1.2.14 FW by hugen79
Hi Garret, since the default output power and ADC gain parameters of the new version of the nanoVNA-H's firmware are optimized for V3.4 and above, there may be more noise on earlier versions of the

NanoVNA-H v3.4 High S21 noise above threshold frequency after updating to 1.2.14 FW by hugen79
Hi Everyone. Just recently updated my NanoVNA-H 3.4 to the newest 1.2.14 SI FW by hugen79. Never had any issues with the unit since purchased in 2019ish until I updated FW so I'm assuming I have a

NANO VNA Part II by k3eui
What can you learn about an Antenna from a Nano VNA graph? Reflection Coefficient? Return Loss (dB)? SWR - obviously PHASE? Smith Chart summary? This is a Part II Nano VNA talk I gave to a British ham

AliExpress quality may be compromised and I won't go that far. While working at Phillips Lab on KAFB in Albuquerque, we were even forbidden to use Pasternack connectors and adaptors. At times, it's

Dave, Only a 4# coffee can? You can do better than that. If you are in the Midwest there was an electronics retail seller on TV who offered 5# of coffee if he couldn¡¯t beat your best deal. Remember

Re: updated and calibrated nanovna h4 yields incorrect swr readings
Just buy more than 1 set of adapters - there's plenty of room in the divider bins. 8-) I've gotten too old and grumpy to use the coffee-can approach - when I dump it out I have to root around to find

Re: updated and calibrated nanovna h4 yields incorrect swr readings
I use Pasternack at work, where it makes sense to pay $40 for an N-to-LMR600 crimp connector. For my hobby use that's impractical. I can assemble a whole bin of adapters (and I did) for less than a

Thanks, I did some more checks: power supplies on the pins of the various devices were ok, clocks were also present (except the 32 kHz, I guess it's used maybe only for the RTC during power down?) but

If DFU works the STM32 microcontroller is working (VDD and clock). Check also the internal supply voltages +5V (U3 / pin 1) and AVDD (U10 / pin 5) - expect 3.3 V. Check the output of the 26 MHz TCXO
