If DFU works the STM32 microcontroller is working (VDD and clock).

Check also the internal supply voltages +5V (U3 / pin 1) and AVDD (U10 / pin 5) - expect 3.3 V.

Check the output of the 26 MHz TCXO Y1 / pin 3 (with a Scope). Expect about 1 Vpp.

If this is ok, check the output of the clock chip U5 / pin 6, this should provide 8 MHz and about 3.3 Vpp. If thats ok the ADC should be working too.
Check the clocks on U5 / pin 9 and pin 10. Frequency depends on the settings and can be as high as ~300 MHz. Voltage is mostly 1 ... 3.5 Vpp.
