Are either of your other two NanoVNA's able to connect to your Samsung Galaxy 8+? If so, then the nanoVNA-H4 should be able to connect by the same means. If not, then the C-to-C able also will not work. The NanoVNA android app is finicky regarding versions and android devices. The webapp mostly works even when the Playstore apk will not, but you have to be connected on-line.
