Just wanted to share my experience with Alibaba.
Ordered one unit on 27th Dec. for 60 USD, and it was delivered this afternoon 3rd Dec. by DHL all in good order without any additional cost.
I live in Switzerland (i.e. not within CE)
Can only recommend.
