Some vendors on Alibaba will accept PayPal for payment. You need to get their PayPal email address by chatting with them. Some will send you an invoice on Paypal which you pay and then they ship to you. Does anyone know if Maggie (Hugen's distributor) will do this?
I suppose the other option to use a VISA pre-paid gift card.
