I think you will find the formula given there both relevant and efficient. It yields the corrected reflection coefficient result in one pass by embedding the calibration and measurement data into a single formula.
Your application will also serve as an excellent beta test for the authors GIN&PEZ@arg who I am certain would very much welcome your comments.
This was posted today, so I have not yet personally evaluated the algorithm in this final form. I have independently verified a previous version, and find the integrity of their work to be sound and thorough. I¡¯m confident that I will find the same to be true here also.
They also provided the ¡°proof¡± for this in an earlier post #8013.
