Windows 10 has the drivers on board, not necessary to run Zadig. The device should show up under "Ports (Com? & LPT)" as "Serial USB Device (COM3)" eg ,? NOT under "Serial Bus-Controllers". if so DELETE the drivers there. Then connect the device to an USB port, the drivers will be installed on the right place automatically. Then run DFUse to flash the firmware.

I received a nanoVNA last week and tried to upgrade it. I ran Zadig and updated the drive according to Zadig's default suggestion.
Once done, I sort circuited the boot0 and Vcc terminals, connected the USB cable to my computer running Win10, but couldn't see it in DFU mode under Device Manager. Am I missing something?
I did installed the D2 diode before all that so to have a battery level on display.
