The latest Version 1.1.215 from DiSlord, dated 29-May-2023, works fine on my Windows 10 installation. You should be able to find it here:
Click on the link on the third row down for ¡®NanoVNA-App.exe¡¯. That should take you to a new page. You can either click on the link for ¡®View raw¡¯ or on the ¡®Download raw¡¯ link at the far right side of the light gray line ¡®Code¡¯ line.

Is there a version of the NanoVNA App available for Windows 10? When I try to install the version that I have Win10 complains in a big blue banner "This App can't be run your PC".
I have tried compatibility and run as administrator mode without success.
