Although this discussion is a bit old I thought I'd give it a try, mostly because my SAA-2N has the same page on Config view, 20200617 and 1a9a11d. While trying unsuccessfully to update the firmware, as I moved the usb plug from Win 10 machine to iOS machine, the screen went white and has not returned. Does this sound familiar? I've tried every combination of screen taps, button pushes, on-off switch and cannot get back to any normal page. I opened up the case to see if the screen ribbon connector has come loose again but it was fine. No components seemed fried, looked like new. Is there a reset button or procedure that anyone knows about? Yes, it is clone but a highly recommended one - I hope I didn't fry it! tnks!
