Try deleting the saver.ini file and starting it up again. It is unhappy
with the blank initialization of some parameter.

a) I've run NanoVNA Saver as Admin and non-Admin; same crash
b) Crash occurs with NanoVNA disconnected and connected
c) I can see the NanoVNA in the Device Manager on COM port 8
