Nah.. It's a popular opinion.. Frys was awful. You are spot on about the deeply flawed business model.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I say good riddance. It was an awful business model, and they lost a customer for life when I was trying to replace a WD Red that had died in one of my storage arrays and they would not price match Newegg because they claimed that Newegg's drive was a model exclusive to them. Strangely enough, Microcenter had no problem matching that very same day.
