Syncing very slow..... #Syncing

 

Good morning all,
Since updating both my iMac (2013) to Catalina, and my iPhone 7+ to 13.1.3 my Notes are not syncing as they use to.
They still sync, but it¡¯s extremely slow, sometimes not happening until overnight while my phone is plugged in charging.
It doesn¡¯t matter if I add/change a note on my phone or Mac, either way it¡¯s extremely slow to sync.

I rely on my Notes for everything, and I do mean everything!
I have 171 notes.
I have turned off syncing on my phone (Settings/Apple ID/iCloud/Notes), which removed all my Notes.
Once I turned it back on it took them hours to come back.

Calendar has been having somewhat of the same issue with syncing, but not quite as bad.

Any suggestions to speed up syncing would be greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that all new members at are moderated by default, so any messages from them are held until accepted by a moderator. At that point?their status can be changed and future messages will go through unmoderated.?
