Here’s the URL. I’d be grateful if a few ‘listas would try to sort out if this is a Safari problem, or a macOS problem, or a printer software compatibility problem:

On my M1 Max Mac Studio (Sonoma):

I tried to print from both Firefox as well as Safari...
and both worked, showing me a preview for printing or save-as PDF
and I could print from a saved PDF as well....

I'm on Mojave OSX10.14.6 on hot rod 2010 MacPro

Your printing ability or the response of the Print button may vary if you have ad blockers, script blockers, or other such pre-filters enabled.
I run NoScript in Firefox and it would not print until I clicked "Trust" daringgourmet.com and reloaded the page.
Safari has my full battery of blockers active and still printed...

Printed 1 page perfectly. M1 MB pro 13" 2020 Monterey 12.7.2 - Brother 5200DW laser printer AirPrint.

It IS a 200 yo recipe?. Compared to what my own ancestors just ate few hundred miles to the north??????? ate (Haggis), it’s all star nutrition. In any event, it s clear that my printing problem is unususal, but that it does affect some people besides me.

Of course, now I have ANOTHER problem (I’ve eaten 3 of those pasties in 2 days—I will confess I skipped the rendered beef fat myself—I just used all butter.
