Daughter’s new iPad says no mail

 

My daughter’s mail app on her new IPad says “No Mail” even though her phone and desktop show her mail and new mail. Anyone have any ideas?

She might start by carefully comparing the Mail settings on her phone versus her iPad. If those match, I would try rebooting the iPad.

She called Apple Support and it turned out to be a bug with the latest upgrade. Hmm.
