Brent, I set up all my Rules within the Mail app, under preferences/rules. How do I tell if they¡¯re in the cloud? I¡¯m using an iMac with the latest Catalina updates (see below), and an iPhone 7+

I did as you suggested Paul, and then restarted both my Mac and my iPhone before turning them both on again. Didn¡¯t make any difference. Was I suppose to do something else while they were turned
