Re: AIO Printer Recommendation
For my edification only, what do you mean by "Automatic paper feed for all modes"?

Re: AIO Printer Recommendation (one more thing)
Which is why I replaced my ink jet printer with a Brother MFC9130 laser printer. The toner is dry and is ready to print when I am. The consumables are expensive, the printer is not. However, there are aftermarket suppliers with more reasonable prices on consumables. It is no more expensive for me to use this laser printer than the ink jet. I was always wasting expensive ink ¡®cleaning¡¯ the heads. Sometimes the cleaning operation had to be done 3 or 4 times to get it printing correctly. Most of the ink is just wasted. It is worth it to me to not be aggravated by having to constantly ¡®fiddle¡¯ with the printer to coax it to work. Cost per page is about the same as an ink jet.
If you print constantly like our in-house lawyer, then clogged heads on an ink jet are probably NOT an issue. If you print infrequently, then that can be an issue. Of course, the ultimate disclaimer: YMMV On Nov 6, 2019, at 11:56 AM, nztours via Groups.Io <nztours@...> wrote:Bob ¡¯The Beckster¡¯ Beckham FCC RadioTelephone Licence P1-6S-2422 w/Radar endorsement. Howdy.

It's often the case that a thread has multiple participants, so quoting is not so much a matter of courtesy as a matter of intelligibility. How is someone?supposed?to know what you are replying to without at least a partial quote? Carol, are you not able to to do this? It's an essential tool in any email client or webmail.? My HP8500 All In One printer needs replacement. Features I would like:
-Color -Automatic paper feed for all modes -Duplex printing/copying -Fax -Wi-Fi and hardwire connectivity -Low/economic cost per-page (relative) Recommendations/experiences would be welcome and helpful. TIA As an aside, I do have both a Cost-Co Membership and Amazon Prime. |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý
Over the past several years, I¡¯ve attempted to migrate from MS Office to Apple¡¯s suite, but back when I was doing scientific writing I found it impossible to create reference lists for scientific articles that would adapt to changing the location of referenced text to different places in my articles. In 2015 and 2016 I marveled at the power of Excel via participation (as an end user) in the growth of an online multi-sheet Workbook that cataloged VW diesel owners¡¯ experiences with the company¡¯s buyback program. Literally thousands of VW diesel owners participated in that effort in the same fashion. The basic workbook was developed and published by one individual, and I never saw it crack under the strain of all those people reporting their own journeys to redemption. I cannot imagine Numbers accomplishing that task. Then again, the spreadsheets I create myself typically are single-task projects designed to make certain I don¡¯t spend to much on my electronic gadgets, or other very modest goals, and my writing in word processors is dominated by quite simple letters. ?I¡¯ve created many of my own templates in MS Word. They seem to work well so long as I don¡¯t attempt to use them in Pages; when I do, they¡¯ve typically produced real messes when I attempted to print documents created with them. The errors may be my own, and I¡¯m always aware that Apple is giving away tools intended to replace the MS Office suite for which I pay, and pay, and pay. I thought retirement would give me time to transition, but thus far it has not. Jim Robertson |
