Click on the cell with the correct formula, If you then place the cursor into the next cell (in this case below it), it should look like this (with different numbers of course): ? Drag that yellow

The last line that worked shows this as Formula: H1180+Credit(Date)-Debit(Date)+1192. the next line under that & all lines after no Formula appears. That is what I do not know how to fix. Tony M

Each cell in the Balance column needs to contain a formula. Place the cursor on the last one that works correctly and you will see that formula in the bar at the bottom of the table. Copy that cell
